Luke Ruberto

B.A., H.B.A., LL.B.

A lifelong Thunder Bay resident, Luke graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2005. He attended Lakehead University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree.

 

In 2010 he travelled overseas to continue his legal education in Wales, attending Cardiff University and completing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2013. He was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2015.

 

Upon completing his education, Luke returned to his hometown, securing employment with Cupello Law as a Student-at-law in 2013.

 

Luke has a general litigation practice, that includes Civil Law, Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Employment Law and Child Protection Law.

 

Over the years, Luke has amassed substantial experience before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Small Claims Court, Ontario Municipal Board, Provincial Offences Court and Landlord Tenant Board.

 

Despite his busy practice, Luke still finds time to volunteer in the legal community. Luke takes on a substantial amount of probono work,  is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Thunder Bay Law Association (TBLA), where he sits on the board of directors.

 

Luke is also co-chair of the TBLA Family Liaison Committee.

 

Luke is as passionate about getting the best results for his clients as he is for his hometown of Thunder Bay.
